James Tomlinson
Chief Operating Officer
- Leads operations, project management, engineering, and construction
- 30 years of experience in large scale energy system design, manufacturing, installation and operations, business development and field services
- Program manager and senior engineer with Cooper-Cameron, Solar Turbines and General Electric with specializations in gas compression/upgrading and utility scale power generation

- Leads feedstock analysis and optimization with decades of anaerobic digestion experience and background in zoology
- 30+ years in the waste sector: oversaw Waste Management, Galveston, Lubbock, Denton, Gulf Coast Waste Disposal Authority operations
- Nationally acclaimed best practices leader – received Distinguished Achievement Award from the Solid Waste Association of North America
- Published and implemented methane utilization research with University of Texas Arlington civil engineering department
Avery Duckwall
Chief Development Officer
- Leads construction and project management.
- 9 years of construction risk mitigation and banking experience as a VP at Live Oak Bank.
- $2B of asset management for renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure projects such as anaerobic digestion, composting, landfill gas, municipal wastewater treatment, waste de-packaging facilities, agroforestry, bio-based product manufacturing, and utility scale solar.
