  • $2B of asset management for renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure projects such as anaerobic digestion, composting, landfill gas, municipal wastewater treatment, waste de-packaging facilities, agroforestry, bio-based product manufacturing, and utility scale solar.

Max Vernier

Chief Financial Officer
  • Leads corporate and project finance, capital raising efforts, and treasury management
  • 10 years of experience in banking and project finance, formerly a SVP with Live Oak Bank, starting a lending division focused on energy transition, sustainable infrastructure, and bioenergy/biofuels

James Tomlinson

Chief Technology Officer
  • Leads engineering and technology strategy.
  • 30 years of experience in large scale energy system design, manufacturing, installation and operations, business development and field services
  • Program manager and senior engineer with Cooper-Cameron, Solar Turbines and General Electric with specializations in gas compression/upgrading and utility scale power generation

Vance Kemler

Chief Resource Officer
  • Leads feedstock analysis and optimization with decades of anaerobic digestion experience and background in zoology
  • 30+ years in the waste sector: oversaw Waste Management, Galveston, Lubbock, Denton, Gulf Coast Waste Disposal Authority operations
  • Nationally acclaimed best practices leader – received Distinguished Achievement Award from the Solid Waste Association of North America
  • Published and implemented methane utilization research with University of Texas Arlington civil engineering department

VP of Commercial Operations

  • 11+ years experience in a diverse background of operations management, cybersecurity, nuclear security and safety administration.
