Project site description

Hidden Hollow Energy is a renewable electricity plant located in Boise, Idaho. The plant turns biomethane into 3.2 megawatts of renewable electricity. The electricity is sent to Boise’s local power grid. This project promotes sustainability, pollution prevention and beneficial re-use of resources in Idaho’s capital region.

Prior to our ownership through our LFG Development (LFGDev) affiliate, the Hidden Hollow plant was operating at under 80% annual capacity factor. The plant now has a renewable electricity capacity factor exceeding 95%. We believe in maximizing environmental benefits and sustainable impact. We show it in our real world operations.

Our team is proud to be part of the Boise community’s conservation and clean energy efforts. We welcome the opportunity to bring sustainable projects to your community as well. Please feel free to contact us about increasing sustainability and supplementing income for your facility, whether it is a landfill, dairy farm or feedlot, food processing plant, water treatment facility or other large source of organic waste.
